Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable practices and behaviours for visitors and Users of Tammwe Limited website ( www.tammwe.com ) (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with this AUP. For the avoidance of any doubt, this AUP is supplementary to the User Agreement ("Agreement"), that a User is bound by when they register a User Account, and if there is any conflict between this AUP and the Agreement, the Agreement will prevail.
When using the Website, Users (people or entities with a Tammwe User Account) and visitors (being people or entities that do not have a Tammwe User Account) agree by to the following principles:
- Lawful Use: Use of the Website shall in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights (including but not limited to privacy laws, data protection laws, and marketing and communication laws) and any unlawful or prohibited activity while using the Website in prohibited.
- Intellectual Property compliance:no content shall be upload, shared, or distributed that infringes upon the intellectual property rights (inclusive of but not limited to copyrights, registered and unregistered trademarks, and patents) of others.
- Content: content may be uploaded to the Website, including comments and reviews such comments and reviews must be representative of the experience with such User. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit, and it must not violate any laws, contain offensive or inappropriate (including obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material) or misleading material, or infringe upon the rights of others.
- Security threats: any activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the Website or other Users (limited to hacking attempts, malware distribution, or any form of unauthorised access) is prohibited.
- Other Prohibited Activities: Tammwe would like to expressly list the other activities that are strictly prohibited:
- Posting or distributing malicious content, including viruses, malware, or any other harmful software.
- Engaging in any form of cyberbullying, harassment, or hate speech.
- Impersonating another individual or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Any breach of this AUP will be taken seriously and investigated, such investigation may result in the removal of content, suspension or termination of User accounts, and legal action if necessary.
- Tammwe reserves the right to review and update this AUP unilaterally. When Tammwe updates this AUP, Users Accounts will receive a notification that there has been amendments. It is the responsibility of the User to familiarise itself with the updated AUP and continued the Users continued use of the Website will constitute its acceptance. If a User does not agree with any update, it should not use the Website.
